When you order from DutchGrown™, we guarantee that you will receive the hardiest flower bulbs available, packed with care and ready to thrive in your garden. If, however, you have followed our detailed planting and care instructions and for some reason you do not experience success, we will honour our satisfaction guarantee for up to one full year from delivery. We are happy to offer a one-time replacement (subject to availability), an account credit, or a refund.

DutchGrown™ customer service and quality assurance guidelines
Failure to Grow: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product's performance within the first growing season* please contact our Customer Service Department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Depending on the nature of your concern, we may require photographs, and in some cases the return of the flower bulbs in question. If the lack of growth is determined to be a result of poor-quality control, a replacement will be issued. If the item is unavailable or out of stock, an account credit will be issued for the amount paid and any shipping cost incurred.
Returns: A full refund of the product total in the same method as original payment will be given for any product returned to our facility in its original condition within 14 business days of receipt once the product(s) has been received by our Customer Service Department.
If the reason for the return was due to poor quality or an error on the part of our company, the shipping charges incurred will also be refunded. If the return was due to a change of mind or customer error, the shipping charges incurred will be the customer's responsibility. An account credit will be given to any return received after the 14-business day period. In order to qualify for a refund, any item returned to our Customer Service Department must be received in its original condition.
Items purchased as part of a Collection or Large Quantity Package: If any portion of a collection or large-quantity package fails to grow or is found to be of poor quality upon receipt, a replacement item or account credit for the same portion of the amount paid for the item will be issued.
Sale and Clearance Items: If any item is purchased on a clearance sale (less than 50% of the regular retail price of the item) and fails to grow within the first growing season*, an account credit will be issued for the amount paid for the item. No replacements or refunds will be given for clearance items.
Unavailable Items: If at the time of shipping, an item ordered is no longer available or found to be in a condition which is unacceptable to us, we will do our utmost to acquire the item as quickly as possible. On the very rare occasion this is not possible, your order will be shipped without the unavailable item and a refund for the amount paid for that item will be applied in the original form of payment within 3-6 business days. This ensures the speedy fulfilment of your order which is vital in order for it to arrive at the optimal time for planting. At no point will an item be put on back-order (with the exception of pre-sold items ordered out of season), or another one substituted for your original selection.
Refunds: Refunds will only be given for products directly returned to our facility. If any product fails to grow and a customer desires a refund instead of a replacement or merchandise credit, these items (or an agreed upon portion of these items) must be returned to our Customer Service Department, as detailed above.
*The growing season is defined as September to June for Autumn-planted items.
Notes and Exceptions
The guarantee is not valid for any bulbs that have been stored outside of the planting season in which you receive them. For this reason, we cannot be held liable for any products that were stored or had not been planted upon receipt.
DutchGrown™ cannot be held liable for any products which fail to grow as a result of poor care or improper planting technique, or if the items are grown outside of natural growing conditions or recommendations (such as forcing, growing outside of recommended climate and/or hardiness zone, etc.).
Any product that is no longer in season is no longer eligible for a return. Additionally, any product that that has been in possession of the customer for more than 30 days will not be eligible for a return.
