Description
Dahlia ‘Glossy Maracana’ is a richly coloured decorative dahlia that brings depth, warmth, and a luminous finish to the late-summer garden. Its blooms combine deep pink, raspberry, and warm red tones, often lifted by lighter highlights that give the petals a subtle glossy effect in sunlight. The fully double flowers are typically 12–15 cm across, formed from layered, slightly curved petals that create a full, rounded shape with excellent texture and presence. The colouring remains strong throughout the season, making this variety a standout in borders and cutting gardens alike.
Flowering from midsummer until the first frosts, Dahlia ‘Glossy Maracana’ grows to around 90–110 cm tall on strong, upright stems that support the blooms well.
