Description
Dahlia ‘Japlou’ is a decorative dahlia known for its vibrant two-tone blooms. The petals are warm yellow to orange on the front, while the backs are richer orange-red, which makes the flower glow when the light catches it. The petals are quilled in shape, giving a textured, dramatic look.
This variety reaches about 90-105 cm tall and blooms freely from mid-summer until the first frosts. Strong, upright stems make it excellent for cutting, and its long-lasting colour adds warmth and energy to borders and bouquets alike.
