Description
Scilla hyacinthoides ‘Blue Arrow’ is a beautiful late-spring flowering bulb that adds height and cool blue colour to the garden. It produces tall, upright flower spikes covered in soft blue, star-shaped flowers. The flowers open slowly from the bottom upwards, so the plant stays in bloom for a long time.
This variety looks best when planted in groups, where its tall shape adds structure among tulips, alliums and young perennials. It is also ideal for sunny borders, meadow-style planting and informal gardens, where it will return every year with very little care. Easy to grow and elegant in appearance, ‘Blue Arrow’ brings calm colour as spring turns into early summer.
