Description
Trollius chinensis 'Golden Queen' is a beautiful globeflower with large, bright golden-orange flowers. The bowl-shaped blooms grow on strong, upright stems above a neat mound of finely divided, dark green leaves. It adds plenty of colour to the garden from late spring into summer.
'Golden Queen' is a great choice for areas where the soil stays moist. It works especially well around ponds and streams, in bog gardens and in damp borders. It is a long-lived perennial that forms larger clumps as it grows.
