    Can I return my shipment?

    Yes you can always return your order back to us. A full refund of the product total in the same method as original payment will be given for any product returned to our facility in its original condition within 14 business days of receipt once the product(s) has been received by our Customer Service Department.

    If the reason for the return was due to poor quality or an error on the part of our company, the shipping charges incurred will also be refunded. If the return was due to a change of mind or customer error, the shipping charges incurred will be the customer's responsibility. An account credit will be given to any return received after the 14-business day period. In order to qualify for a refund, any item returned to our Customer Service Department must be received in its original condition.
